Specialty Membranes
Specialty Membranes SF-R50
SF-R50 is developed on the basis of fouling resistance membrane (FR), suitable for highly polluted water sources with high COD. It is an anti-pollution brackish water reverse osmosis membrane element that has been upgraded in the durability of sheet. Utilizes our fouling-resistant innovations and robust membrane chemistry.
-
Adopt high rejection and fouling resistance sheet, pH cleaning tolerance range (1-13), helps to effectively chemical cleaning against biological and organic pollution and inorganic salt scaling
-
Effectively reduce pollution and improve cleaning efficiency without affecting the water production through 34mil spacer and (400ft²)membrane area Reduce water production resistance and increase flux through the short membrane sheet length design.
Product Specifications
Flux and rejection rate is based on the following standard test conditions: 1.55 MPa (225 psi) pressure, 77°F (25°C), 2,000 ppm NaCl, solution, pH 8 for feedwater, and 15% recovery.
Operating and Cleaning Limits
- Maximum Operating Pressure 41 bar (600 psi)
