High-Ratio concentration/High-Salt concentration Membranes

The SF-HC series are membranes developed for high concentration, Zero Liquid Discharge and resource utilization, which can replaces ultra-high pressure requirements to achieve high concentration and high salt separation under sub high pressure working conditions to achieve high concentration and reduce operating energy consumption.

  • Low energy consumption, able to complete ultra-high pressure work under sub-high pressure conditions

  • Able to achieve concentrate close to the saturation value

  • The pressure resistance of the element can be up to 1200psi through special production process of sheet

  • Customized production can be carried out according to the application field and specific concentrated and separated substances

Flux and rejection rate is based on the following standard test conditions:
HC-1,0.48MPa (70psi) pressure, 77°F (25°C), 2000 ppm MgSO solution, pH 7.8-8.2 for feedwater, and 15% recovery.
HC-2,0.48MPa (70psi) pressure, 77°F (25°C), 2000 ppm MgSO solution, pH 7.8-8.2 for feedwater, and 15% recovery.
HC-3,1.03MPa (150psi) pressure, 77°F (25°C), 2000 ppm MgSO solution, pH 7.8-8.2 for feedwater, and 15% recovery.
HC-4,1.03MPa (150psi) pressure, 77°F (25°C), 2000 ppm NaCl solution, pH 7.8-8.2 for feedwater, and 15% recovery.
